一、试卷整体情况
整套试题涵盖的知识面广，选材贴近时代，贴近学生的生活实际，并注重双基，突出运用，体现了《英语课程标准》的教学理念，试题总体难度适中，以课本为依托，重视语言知识的积累，同时有突出语篇阅读，考查了课本上的语言知识，让学生感到平时的教学与考试密切相关，从而促使他们重视平时的学习和考前的复习。整份试卷总体上来说体现了英语教学应遵循的重视积累，夯实基础，注重语篇，培养能力的原则，让学生体会到学习英语并非一朝一夕，一定要厚积薄发，试卷对英语教师的教与学生的学起到了较好的导向作用.
二、题型分析
1、听力第一节，主要考察学生的基础知识,包括对单词的记忆,对句子的熟练程度,和对短文的理解与分析,层层深入,通过分析学生的卷子,我发现他们的基础知识大部分同学都掌握的不错，但他们对英语的反映还是有些迟钝,这说明在理解以及灵活掌握方面还有待加强,在以后的英语教学中我要更加注重对口语的练习只有这样才能提高听力能力,所以在课堂上应该进行必要的小组活动和听力训练,真正实现英语的语言作用.
2、单项选择，此题考查学生对基础知识的掌握，知识点涉及广，重基础，但学生并不能全都掌握，还需要平时加强练习。
3、完形填空，考查内容比较基础，完形填空题中4、7、9小题学生分别有出错现象。失分原因还是基础知识掌握不熟练。
4、阅读理解，阅读理解一直是我们重视的一个题型，因为阅读比重占整份试卷的25%，虽然我平时十分重视对初一学生的阅读能力的训练，但是由于学生水平局限，他们没有养成良好的阅读习惯，所以我们要进一步加强对阅读的训练。
5、听力第二节，学生听不清，听清了，也写不对，暴露了基础的不扎实，词汇记不牢。更别说听清了。所以，加强训练不可少。
6、任务型阅读，学生在书写句子时仍是漏洞百出，此题为失分题。
学生在阅读失分较多，第一，学生阅读习惯需要进一步培养，很多学生只是对照题目单纯去找答案，而不去认真反复地看文章，缺乏耐心。第二，部分学生只能够理解文章的表面意思，不能透过现象看本质，理解出作者的言外之意，弦外之音，这需要在以后的教学中多加培养和训练。
7、词语运用，一部分学生的词汇拼写不尽人意。一定要加强词汇练习。
8、连词成句看似简单，学生还是不能全部做对。
9、书面表达与课本内容有着极大的联系，是对教材的深加工，做到了学以致用，考查了学生综合应用语言的能力。一些学生缺乏英语思维能力，受母语影响很大，很多句子在表达的时候总是根据中文的意思或中文的顺序来进行写作，而不能综合运用英语的语言知识、语法知识和课文的语段去模仿写作，也有的是摘抄一些阅读理解中的内容，或者还有的学生干脆一个字也不写。
三、今后的教学建议
1、继续抓好双基知识的训练，打牢基本功。使学生掌握一定的英语基础知识和听、说、读、写技能，形成一定的
综合语言运用能力是基础教育阶段英语课程最重要的任务之一。从起始年级开始就重视双基知识的积累，努力培养学生良好的听、说、读、写能力和良好的学习习惯，为以后的学习打下扎实的基础。
2、减少两极分化现象。一方面它需要我们教师要充分利用好每一个四十五分钟，认真备课，设计教学过程，改革陈旧的教学模式，组织灵活多样的课堂教学活动，促使每位学生积极参与，从而才能激发学生的学习和参与兴趣，提高学生学习英语的积极性，促使每位学生争相开口，从课堂交际活动中积累丰富的英语知识，发展语言技能，提高语言能力。另一方面，它需要我们教师加强补差，不放弃每个差生，这样才能大面积提高英语教学质量。
3、尽量创设英语情景，提高学生综合运用英语语言的能力。学习英语的最终目的在于学生学了以后能正确地使用语言进行交际。因此，在日常教学中，我要加强英语授课的素养，广泛运用流利的英语课堂用语，来营造英语环境和学英语的氛围，以激发学生学习兴趣和主动性；另外在课堂教学中要尽量创设英语表演的舞台，让更多的学生参与到其中来，一定要经常让学生以讲故事的形式来复述课文，以此来积极引导学生参与语言实践活动，培养学生用英语的能力。
4、强化听读训练，努力培养语感。我们在今后的教学中要有意识地加强学生听读能力的训练与培养，重点训练学生的阅读和听的习惯的培养。课外还要多选用一些内容健康，时代感强、知识性、趣味性并存的短文来让学生阅读，通过大量阅读来培养学生的语感以及通过上下文捕捉信息的能力，从而提高阅读，理解，分析，判断的能力。
总之，这次期末考试给了我们很多教训，教学生不是拼教学能力，而是拼管理，不是单纯老师费力去教，而是让学生动起来，让学生积极主动学习，一个讲课再精彩的老师，如果课堂之后不督促，学生的成绩也不会理想，在英语教学上，以及在学生管理和班级管理上，我们会更加加倍努力。

Teenager Jack Denham was skiing with his family in the USA when he fell over and lost one of his skis. His family didn’t know that he had a problem. They kept on skiing. When they got to the top of the mountain, there was no sign of Jake.
