大家好!我是来自高一卓远班的刘亦昕。
今天，我演讲的主题是：学会珍惜。
无论你有什么样的身份，来自什么样的家庭，有什么样的性格，你都不得不承认：这一生只有短短几十年的时间。
你到这世上走一遭后，又回到最初的地方。但是，你会发现，仅仅几十年，你会遇到很多人，很多事。大家应该都听过“昙花一现”这个词，昙花是一种纯洁又美丽的花，但它偏偏在晚上盛开，开花几小时后，便会枯萎。再怎么美丽，最后还是会悄悄逝去。你遇到的人和事，又何尝不是如此?他们中的一些，也许就在某天，在不经意间离开了你。这时，你才意识到他们的重要，却已经晚了。他们已经渐行渐远，所以，学会珍惜很重要。
那么，到底什么是珍惜?珍惜，就是你明知会失去，却依旧热爱。就像初中三年，你的记忆还停留在七年级我们相遇相知，但时间却已经过了一年半了，再过一年，我们就要打中考这场硬仗了。我们也要彼此分开，各奔东西了。
所以，同学们，时间就像流水，不要等到失去才追悔莫及。让我们珍惜在一起努力拼搏的美好时光，让我们珍惜这人生中最美的芳华!

大家早上好!我是来自315班的章凡，今天我国旗下讲话的题目是“珍惜时间，学会学习”。
时间如白马过隙，我们的生命正处于春日，红花飘落一瓣就减却一分春色，更何况万点春红都被春风吹赶，不犹想起时光已逝，怎能不愁煞人也!所以，卡来尔激励我们：“天才就是无止境的刻苦勤奋的能力。”中国古人更给我们留下悬梁刺股、凿壁偷光、囊萤映雪的千古美谈。
民族英雄岳飞在《满江红》这首词里疾呼：“莫等闲，白了少年头，空悲切!”汉乐府诗有句富有哲理性的名言：“百川东到海，何时复西归，少壮不努力，老大徒伤悲。”珍惜时间的人“留下串串果实”，使生命富有意义;浪费时间的人却“两手空空，一事无成”，只有徒伤悲，空叹息。因此，我们应该学会做时间的主人，抓住今天的分分秒秒，用今天的努力去弥补昨天的空隙，去实现明天崇高的理想。
从现实来说，初一，是与时间适应的日子，从小学的三门变成初中的七门学科，学业负担增大，我们首先要适应的就是学会分配时间，养成良好的学习习惯。初二，是与时间相处的日子，我们已经掌握了高效的学习方法，面对8门课的学习，我们应该可以从容不迫。做一些课外活动，已是绰绰有余。到了初三，就是与时间赛跑的日子，我们背起沉重的行囊，向理想的终点，急速奔跑。直至把初中生活画上圆满的句号。
随着课程的深入，对我们的学习效率有了新要求，不管是上课、自习还是做作业我们都要高度集中注意力，排除干扰。掌握好的学习方法，我们可以从以下几个步骤入手：第一要抓好课前预习。我国古代军事家孙子有一句名言：“知己知彼，百战不殆”预习就是 "知己知彼"的准备工作。第二要掌握正确的听讲方法。处理好听讲与作笔记的关系，重视课堂讨论，不断提高课堂学习效果。第三要学会科学地思考问题，重理解，要及时弄清教材思路和教师讲课的条理，敢于发表自己的见解，善于多角度验证答案; 最后我们还要及时做好各种标记、批语，有选择地记好笔记。只有这样，我们才能成为学习的主人。
人生的船只掌握早我们自己手里，驶向何方，只有自己才知晓，其他人根本无法左右。所以我们现在应该惜时如金，认真利用现在的每一分每一秒，勤奋努力，为自己以后的学习打下坚实的基础.唯有把握时间，努力学习，才会在短暂的生命中找到永恒!同学们!让我们共同珍惜今天，珍惜现在的分分秒秒从而更勤奋努力学习吧!
