Unit 2 What’s this in English?

教学内容：

本单元是围绕如何识别事物这一话题展开听，说，读，写等多种教学活动的。要求通过识别事物学会如何用英语拼读单词及字母I-R.

教学目标：

1. 知识目标:A.学习并掌握字母I-R.

B.掌握一些学习用品的单词。

2. 能力目标：A。学会在单词中识别所学字母。

B．学会识别和询问周围事物的名称。

3．情感目标：通过完成各种教学任务，培养学生对事物的辨别力。

教学重点，难点：

重点：1.学会并掌握字母I-R.及map ,orange ,jacket ,key ,pen ,ruler,etc.

2.学习并掌握what引导的特殊疑问句。

难点：灵活运用所学字母，在识别事物的过程中培养学生的辨别力。

Period one

Step 1 new words

1. present the new letters I-R.

2. practice the letters.

Step 2 drill

1. listen and circle the letters.

2. fill in the missing letters.

Step 3 task

T: have you even seen these pictures?(show them pictures).what do they stand for ? please discuss in groups of four and find out the answers.

Report the answers.

Discuss in groups and learn to know what other letters stand for ?

Step 4 the teacher puts up the paper on the wall.

1. the other group students watch and write down the abbreviations they don’t know.

2. every group introduces their writing.

Explain some sentences:

I like reading. 注意“Like”后要跟“动词的 ing”形式 即“现在分词或动名词”。

如：I like dancing / running /swimming / sing /piaying games…………..

而 动词+ing的结构有三点：

(1), 一般的在词尾直接+ing .（2），以不发音的原音字母e结尾的要去e + ing.

（3），以重读闭音节结尾而且末尾只有一个辅音字母的要双写这个辅音字母再+ing.

Such as: read—reading walk—walking dance—dancing write—writing Run—running swim—swimming get—getting etc.

I like reading. 这是一个陈述句。把它变成一般疑问句就是 Do you like reading?

Yes, I do .No, I don’t .

这里要简单讲讲“陈述句变成一般疑问句的”变化方法：即借用助动词“do单三人称用does”。

如：I like playing football.------- Do you like playing football? Yes, I do . No, I don’t .

He likes running, ----------Does he like running? Yes, he does .No, he doesn’t .

练习：1、把下面的动词变成动词的现在分词形式。

Sing-----_______. walk-----________. play-------_______.run----______. Dance-----________. Like-----______. Swim-----__________.

2、把下面的句子变成一般疑问句并作肯定或否定回答。

I liker unning.__________________.

She likes swimming.____________________

I like basketball.________________.

Jack likes red colour.____________________

Step five :Listen to the tape and read the dialogue.

Step six: Listening

Listen to the tape and fill in the blanks to complete the sentences in Part 5. Listen to the tape and number the pictures in Part 7

Step seven :Write some sentences. Such as :

I like singing. I like playing the piano.

Do you like listening to music? Do you like writing?

Step eight :归纳本节课的所学内容。突出重、难点。

教学反思：通过这一节的学习，大部分的学生都可以掌握所学内容，能记住所学的单词，并能很好地完成所布置的练习，只有以小部分的学生还存在一些问题，对于这些学生，老师在课后可以找时间对他们进行辅导，达到共同进步的目的。
